Jeff Strine

Jeff has over 25 years of experience designing and leading major funding campaigns for non-profits, foundations, and NGOs resulting in over $300 million in funding results.  He has worked with foundations, private universities, social impact organizations, ministries, and arts organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Ireland, and the U.K.

Jeff is one of The Suddes Group’s original thought leaders on education funding and the spirituality of fundraising.  He helped perfect the 'ForImpact model', a unique sales training method to maximize investor funding that has been widely adapted and utilized throughout the non-profit sector in the U.S.

Jeff earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Finance at Ohio State

University with a minor in International Studies and continued business finance studies at

Capital University and the College for Financial Planning in Colorado.  After 16 years in the banking industry, he left KeyCorp in 1997 as Senior Vice President responsible for Private Banking & Trust in the Midwest to begin his second career as a Senior Partner with The Suddes Group/ForImpact.  In 2011, Jeff founded On-Target Management Group.  

Jeff and his wife Lisa live in Powell, Ohio, and are the proud parents of five grown children, and six grandchildren.  He is an active leader in his church and is a commercially rated hot-air balloon pilot.
